12 tortillas.
1/2 kg. Fresh cottage cheese cubes.
½ cup boiled and smashed frijoles.
2 cups green tomato sauce.
250 g. boiled meat.
4 serrano chiles.
½ onion
1 clove garlic.
1 cilantro sprig.
Oil, salt.
1 jar Avosnerja Guacamole.
Recipe:
Drain the excess frijoles water watching they do not turn dense.
Cook the tomatoes and the chiles and smash them with the onion, the garlic and the cilantro. Salt it. Dip tortillas into the bean's sauce and fry them in hot oil. Remove before they turn golden brown. Filled tortillas with the meat and top them with cheese and sauce.
Serve them quick, very hot and accompanied by the guacamole.
